1. Close to the MRT station
2. We hold a worship ceremony every month, with lots of snacks and coffee to eat/drink
3. There is an annual bonus as well as profit sharing
4. The supervisors and colleagues are generally easy to get along with
5. It is easy to take leave, and there is no deduction from your salary
1. No overtime pay
2. There is no attendance system whatsoever; it is not flexible working hours, but rather working whenever you feel like it
3. Every so often, someone is suddenly laid off
4. There are an overwhelming number of miscellaneous tasks
5. The promotion system is not transparent
