Apart from the small bonus paid after meeting the target, the prerequisite is that you actually meet the target. The criteria for meeting the target are completely different from what was said during the interview. Colleagues from unfamiliar departments may find the other party very friendly, but aside from these two points, once you join, you will truly realize that there are no other advantages to speak of.
Supervisors only care about their own matters. The phrase heard most often is, “What the hell does that have to do with me?” The departments are poorly managed internally, and all they know is how to curry favor with the boss. Problems within departments are not dealt with, and managers dare not speak up for or advocate for their subordinates! The accounting standards are inconsistent; they do everything possible to reduce costs and deduct wages. Every month, there is something inexplicable that results in money being deducted or prevents the sales department from providing support (if the sales team is restricted, which clients are they supposed to visit?)
Each department only handles its own work, with no interaction between them, so relationships with colleagues remain superficial. Even within the same department, people exploit all kinds of loopholes for their own performance-related interests, privately falling out and stabbing each other in the back.
The planning department is constantly losing staff, so client schedules fall behind and clients call to complain. The customer service department and the salesperson who originally signed the contract are truly the ones who suffer!
If you are married or have children, you really should not come here! If your child has something happen at school or suddenly becomes ill and you need to take leave, your supervisor will still give you a hard time. During the interview, they make everything sound wonderful to get you to join, but in reality, the department’s performance targets change frequently! Once you join, you will see how high the turnover is. Don’t be foolish enough to believe everything the interviewers say.
