Higher pay than other traditional industries
I only dared to leave a comment after being away from the company for some time, but I really can't recommend this company. The company markets itself as offering higher salaries than the industry standard. I was an administrative assistant, but there was no comprehensive job training. It felt like, if you weren't immediately productive, you might be considered incompetent. Some of my colleagues had only been there for less than a month before they suddenly stopped coming to work the next day; they were probably laid off. There were no clear performance indicators, yet people were asked to leave. Those people seemed quite pitiful.
It feels like colleagues in other departments really love working overtime, as if overtime were perfectly normal. The HR woman who interviewed me seemed never to have left work on time even once…
The company loves making image videos, but you only find out after joining that there is much more beneath the surface. The managers actually aren't very good at leading people. No wonder there are rumors online that the turnover rate is very high. I suggest everyone look for a company that offers a normal career path; otherwise, you'll just be wasting your time.
