Low interview difficulty
I had already rejected this job through 104, but later someone named Jackie called and persuaded me to attend the interview. At first I wanted to refuse, but Jackie replied that I might not get the job anyway, so I could interview first and decide afterward.
This position was mainly for a job opening at Wistron NeWeb Corporation. Initially, I had to interview with Wistron’s technical staff, but they did not ask much about Java or Spring Boot. They mainly asked about IDE usage and work habits; the second interview and the interview with the client were the same. Each interview ended in less than half an hour. However, the day after the interview, Jackie called to say that they wanted someone more senior (5–6 years of experience). I currently have two and a half years of experience. Jackie also asked whether I wanted to interview for a more junior position on another team at Wistron NeWeb Corporation, but I would have to interview again with both their technical staff and the client. I was extremely upset—who would want to waste their time again? I had also said from the beginning that I did not want an on-site position, but they asked me to interview without clarifying anything. A terrible experience. Many online reviews also say that their software-related positions are poor; only the compensation at Fortune Electric is good. Everyone, please be careful.
