Just normal, nothing much to praise.

I originally applied for a management position.

I took a test and had two interviews with managers.

After successfully being hired, they called to offer a salary of 26,000 (about four years ago).

After three months, they said they could add another 1,000 depending on performance.

The high salary listed on 104 is only possible if you work a crazy amount of overtime.

With a base salary like this, they still expect to find management talent.
