Pros
1. The boss has deep pockets, so they can keep burning money without worrying about being unable to pay salaries.
2. The coworkers are very nice, but only in private; when something happens, they desperately shift the blame.
1. Responsibilities and authority: Clearly, Sales and BD are supposed to provide market information, but when something cannot be sold, it becomes the PM’s fault for not researching thoroughly. Yet after it is made, when problems arise, they come out with the bizarre statement that engineers should help think of solutions too.
2. Product lines: They keep emphasizing that they want to build a SaaS business, yet they also do a lot of customization and IoT, take on government projects, and say they are an AI company that wants to do data analysis. It is genuinely unclear what they actually want to do.
3. Customers: There are key customers and basic customers, but essentially, whenever a problem occurs, every customer is “key”; in normal times, the service is always basic.
4. Workplace: Senior employees just keep going along with the boss, mid-level employees are preparing to look for new jobs, and junior employees are simply focusing on leveling up.
