Manager N is selfish and self-serving, timid, and afraid of taking responsibility. Whenever something goes wrong, N only shifts the blame to subordinates. N has no management ability and does not take responsibility.
The long-serving employees do not work, while the younger employees are worked to exhaustion.
The average salary increase is 2–3%, depending on how much Manager N is willing to give you. In production-related roles, the increase is consistently almost half of the global portion.
Manager C raised the insurance premiums without informing employees, causing them to pay more without realizing it. The free lunch is unappetizing, and the meal fee has not been adjusted upward for years.
The remote-area allowance does not increase with inflation.
There was an accident causing injuries the year before last. Environmental violations have also frequently resulted in citations recently, and there have even been violations of labor-hour regulations. There is an insider in the company reporting these issues.
It presents itself as a foreign company, but is actually a Taiwanese company. Not recommended unless you are older or have a family and children and want to wait until retirement.
