The colleagues are easy to get along with
Cons
Freezing cold in winter and unbearably hot in summer
Incompetent managers rely on subordinates to do the grunt work
When something goes wrong, subordinates take the blame.
When there is credit, managers take it for themselves
It is fine for newcomers to come here to build their resumes.
People with experience generally do not stay
