1. A scam company. During recruitment, they said the bonus would be at least five months’ worth of salary, but in the end, there was no such bonus.
2. Performance evaluations are conducted solely for the chairman to see. People who actually do the work receive very poor ratings, while the managers’ own people can get good performance ratings despite doing nothing and throwing their weight around.
3. There is no promotion system. The managers’ own people are promoted to senior-level positions before even completing their probationary period. It all comes down to whatever the manager says. Absolutely terrible.
4. Company policies are issued merely for the chairman to see. When HR makes mistakes with bonuses or salaries, there are no consequences whatsoever… This is a company with absolutely no system.
