Before joining, I thought it was a big-name brand, and I got along well with the technical manager. After going through the process for 2 weeks, I went to PChome and took on a technical SA position in the P department.

At first, I felt that my coworkers were nice, but strangely, all the senior employees were about to leave.

At the time, I didn't know why they were hiring. After three weeks, a newly appointed manager arrived, and only a few days after taking office, announced that I had failed all evaluations. The senior manager, Ms. R, had no idea what was going on. Later, all the coworkers involved in the disputes also left.

This company is very strange. When regular employees resign, the company should provide severance pay in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Yet HR actually used methods to force people out—even though the person had done nothing wrong. The whole logic is completely circular and nonsensical. If you encounter the same situation as I did, remember to directly threaten to file a lawsuit and complaints.

HR seemed very aggressive, but backed down as soon as I sued her. I also made a backup copy for the reporters so they could put them in the news.
