Pros

Employee trips are basically all abroad.

Cons

This company likes to “save money” on certain small things.

I can only say that the company organizes dinners and employee trips so reluctantly that it would be better not to organize them at all.

Employee trips:

1. You have to take your own leave to go. New employees do not have annual leave, so they can only reluctantly take personal leave.

2. You have to pay for it yourself. (You can also choose to contribute a little to a company fund each month, which lets you pay less at the time. However, if you end up not going, the money can only be treated as money thrown down the drain.)

Personally, I don’t consider this a benefit. You would probably be happier taking time off and traveling on your own.

Salary adjustments:

At first, I was very happy that salaries could be adjusted. Even if the increase was small, I could accept that.

However, the salary base was not increased; instead, the “bonus” was adjusted.

The irony is, just look at how much money the company makes.

It still has to take advantage of employees’ meager wages.

Now, about the department I worked in:

Although the department had fewer than five people, somehow everyone could still be two-faced.

The manager had an inflated opinion of himself, and working with him gave you absolutely no sense of accomplishment.

Sometimes, all phone calls, reports, and various tasks would even be treated as though they were worthless.

It felt as if employees had no value in his eyes.

His management ability deserves a big question mark. The people under him were truly suffering.

In conclusion, I personally believe the salary was not high enough to compensate for the mental toll.
