If you get into a good department, it’s very relaxing and there’s nothing to do, but new departments are quickly dismantled and dissolved.

Personally, I recommend not working at this company. No one provides any guidance to new employees, and the company often lays people off. Even the employees who remain are treated terribly. The boss micromanages a lot, the direction is always wrong, and employees dare not speak out despite their anger.
