It really is as previous reviewers have said: management is extremely poor, and the turnover rate is frighteningly high. Within just a few days of joining, you will see colleagues preparing to leave. When you first start, no one provides any guidance, and before long you will constantly be assigned more work. After colleagues leave, it is almost impossible to hand over their responsibilities properly, which causes continual gaps in the work. Management then randomly dumps the existing workload on whoever is still there. Overtime is unpaid, and you often even have to use your short lunch break to rush work, or take it home to finish. The boss simply considers this to be expected. Even the pay raise promised at the beginning will be casually delayed or denied after you pass the probationary period. A company that treats employees merely as tools to exploit and shows such little regard for its staff is truly not worth joining and being humiliated by.
