Pros
Not only are there none, things are actually terrible.
Cons
1. A place where rumors and gossip circulate, and where supervisors enjoy gossiping.
2. It’s best not to talk about your personal affairs at the company, because the whole world will know.
3. A small company where one person is expected to do the work of three, employee turnover is extremely high, and the work lacks structure.
