Colleagues from other departments are very nice and polite. People in my own department are mostly idiots; only one or two are normal.

There is an overwhelming amount of work—it is simply impossible to finish it all! The supervisor does not do the work themselves and only knows how to dump it on you. Their greatest talent is sending emails to order other people around!
