The interview was scheduled for a specific time, and I joined on time. I waited for five minutes, but no one showed up, and no one informed me that the manager was in a meeting. I called, and was told to wait a little longer. Later, after HR joined the meeting and started hosting, the manager hurriedly came online and said that he had limited time and wanted to hear the key points, not anything else. Perhaps you were busy and had time constraints, which I can understand, but if you cannot maintain professionalism when interviewing candidates, I feel it would be better to reschedule and have a proper conversation than to handle it so hastily. I even felt that the manager had not carefully reviewed my résumé. The interview experience was extremely poor.
