There is a high degree of flexibility during working hours.

The company is expanding too quickly without enough staff to handle it. There is no overtime pay, and although work sites can be far away (the farthest reaching the area around Yanchao), there is no appropriate fuel allowance. When equipment breaks down, it can delay you until after the end of the workday. Working hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but the average clock-out time is between 8 and 9 p.m. Suggestions for improvement are generally not adopted.
