Pros
For the Pingtung area, the starting salary is relatively high.
Cons
1. Working here is very mentally stressful.
2. The boss does not have much trust in employees.
3. Basically, only on-site staff can claim overtime; administrative staff who want to claim overtime....
4. The company often takes advantage of employees. Being called into a meeting ten minutes before the end of the workday is the norm.
