No, I simply wanted to organize things a bit.
The other departments are actually about as bad.
This person is just the worst of them all, so I’m showing everyone.
A brief list of Director Fang’s current “impressive” achievements:
1. Used connections to parachute into the position and drive out the department head who was originally there.
2. Forced all colleagues to report to him, but never actually listened.
3. Workplace violence (verbal and psychological).
4. Made people revise reports dozens of times, only to change them back to the first version in the end.
5. After colleagues complained about him to senior and top-level management, he laid everyone off as a precaution.
6. Appears to be very busy, but is actually just causing trouble.
7. Extremely poor at English but loves speaking it; his Chinese grammar is also bad.
8. Knows absolutely nothing about the industry yet loves giving bizarre opinions.
