Traditional, outdated management practices; half of the company is a warehouse
Applicants need to fill out a form for the interview
The interviewer did not look at the English résumé and simply asked the applicant to come for an in-person interview, showing no respect for professionalism
The company probably does not know what kind of talent is needed in the Human Resources field
