The vice president conducted the interview. After I introduced myself, they took over with their questions. They also explained the company’s projects and the future direction of the position I applied for (Purchasing Assistant). They are currently looking for someone to handle purchasing for kitchen appliances and will eventually train the person to become a PM. In addition to the base salary, there is an attendance bonus, and bonuses are provided for the three major holidays and at year-end (an average of two months’ salary). I interviewed on Friday and received the job offer on Monday.
Because the role will eventually lead to becoming a PM, business trips will be required. Those who enjoy challenging work may want to consider it.
