At least they won’t PUA job applicants (?
I went for an interview a few months ago.
It seemed like the big company didn’t have an HR department.
The manager sent the 104 job posting directly.
The interview was also conducted entirely by one manager from start to finish.
They didn’t explain the working hours or benefits; they only asked the interviewee what they thought about working overtime.
The manager didn’t look at my résumé until the interview itself, making notes on it while reading. Throughout the interview, the manager kept crossing their legs (perhaps they treated the company like home).
They asked the job applicant many questions, but when the applicant asked some questions in return, this manager would only say: “Then answer my %@$#./ˋˊ4# first.”
In my five years of working since entering the workforce, this was the first time I had had such an unpleasant interview!
Note: It’s a route to a country Taiwanese people love to visit—please avoid it!
It feels like it’s only a matter of time before other travel agencies put them out of business. The brand image is too outdated and lacks positioning.
After going to the interview today, I feel there’s a reason they can’t find people. No wonder there are so many vacancies on job websites.
