Beautiful on the outside
Rotten on the inside
1. When you enter the boss's office, you get a full dose of secondhand smoke, and no one cares about employees' feelings.
2. Overtime pay is not provided; they expect you to work yourself to death, no more and no less.
3. The employee benefits advertised on 104 are all fake—they lure employees in first and worry about the rest later.
4. There are absolutely no systems or procedures; everything is chaotic, and no one manages anything.
5. The company only needs obedient people, not people who can actually get things done.
6. The department managers are all very strange; you’ll understand once you experience it yourself.
7. Don’t come here expecting to learn anything.
8. Whatever you do, don’t offend the boss’s favorite, a certain female manager. Although she doesn’t understand anything, she can still wield enormous influence both internally and externally.
9. You will occasionally hear partner vendors chasing the company for payment. No one knows what the problem is, and it’s frightening to think you might not get paid.
10. Store performance is terrible, and the bonuses have all been cut. You can’t see them, let alone receive them.
