Can the “Pros” field be removed?
A senior colleague likes to ask about other people’s mothers. Also, the precision instrument manufacturing that the company claims to provide is done very carelessly: when the height of the optical adjustment platform is insufficient, they use cardboard boxes and books as makeshift supports @@. It’s truly outrageous. The testing conditions are also roughly decided by the supervisor, with absolutely no theoretical derivation. They only try to fix things after a customer’s machine encounters a problem. On top of that, everyone has to write a detailed, illustrated “daily report” every day (which takes about an hour). The supervisor reviews your report the next day and raises many irrelevant questions just to nitpick. There are also basically three meetings every day, and because the meeting schedule falls behind, the supervisor will ask you to work overtime (you can apply for overtime pay, but the approval rate is rather low). Finally, if you do not order boxed lunches with everyone else, your only option is the one extremely unhygienic and unappealing cafeteria in the basement (a colleague got gastroenteritis after eating there, so I have brought my own lunch ever since).
What about cleaning the company premises? Of course, that is handled by all employees on a rotating basis!
Who orders the boxed lunches? Of course, all female employees take turns doing it!
I strongly recommend that everyone avoid wasting their time.
