Very close to the MRT station
1. The boss has many ideas, but none of them are planned out. They then assign certain people to manage things, even though some of those people are not professionals at all, resulting in many unreasonable situations.
2. Some supervisors clearly know that things are unreasonable, but the boss uses high salaries to retain them. As a result, even after taking the money, the supervisors do not really tell the boss about the actual problems, leaving others to deal with the difficult work.
3. Meetings often lack focus and are frequently very long.
4. The boss thinks it is great when you stay at the office at night and are devoted to the company, but does not know who is actually doing the work.
5. Requirements often keep changing. Requests for overtime are usually rejected, but you are still expected to finish within the deadline.
6. The turnover rate is very high, and people are criticized even when they resign. The company completely cannot tolerate employees having other good career opportunities.
7. The office environment shown in the photos is just for show. The actual workplace is very cluttered, and the appliances in the shared areas are frightening.
