The company's administrative and general affairs employee (the former general affairs team leader, demoted to senior general affairs specialist) is extremely incompetent, yet receives a high salary

simply because she knows how to manage certain supervisors upward.

Her work efficiency is extremely poor. It often takes more than three to five days just to obtain requested information, seriously affecting other people's work progress! Even after this was raised, it was dismissed with excuses such as her being busy.

Her ability to handle tasks is even less worth mentioning. She often knows nothing about many matters; even a simple issue can be made complicated by her, after which she uses her strange logic to force others to do things.

She pushes any complicated, trivial, or difficult work onto others simply because she cannot or does not want to do it.

The company culture is that as long as you know how to flatter others, you can live comfortably and at ease.

You do not need to be particularly capable, because being capable will only lead to more work and burnout; no matter how much you do, it will never be recognized!
