The atmosphere among colleagues is pretty good, and the employee welfare committee puts a lot of effort into organizing many activities.
There are flexible working hours, and basically, you won’t be required to stay late. It’s also convenient when you need to take leave.
Performance evaluations have never been very transparent. Even after discussing and confirming matters with your supervisor, the evaluation may still be adjusted because HR requires a certain distribution. There is no rationale and no discussion. People are constantly leaving the company, and the company is also continuously making layoffs without necessarily hiring replacements. Nearly 150 people were laid off in Q1 2024, so the company may be experiencing problems.
