The benefits aren't too bad.

1. Most of the people there wear hypocritical masks. They seem to get along with you well on the surface, but then stab you in the back privately.

2. Although the working hours are only 7 hours, there is sometimes implicit overtime. For example, they may message you in the middle of the night about work, even though you have already gotten off work. You may receive a work message from your supervisor saying that a task is expected to be completed by a certain time the next day. However, after roughly calculating the time, if you only start working on it when you arrive at work the next day, you will not be able to meet the deadline specified by your supervisor—you would have to do it right away. In both of the examples above, the supervisor did not ask you to report overtime. As a newcomer who has just joined the company, you may also feel embarrassed about requesting overtime pay.
