Pros

Everyone, be careful.

A former employee passing by.

Most of the members are relatively young and easy to get along with.

At first, I thought it was a socially responsible business, but... it seems there isn't... much conscience after all.

Cons

At the time, I noticed some irregularities in the company's cash flow, so I asked the acting supervisor about them. However, surprisingly, this acting supervisor had only recently passed their probationary period @@ (the official supervisor was on maternity leave after giving birth), and seemed somewhat at a loss. The company even ordered us not to raise any more questions about the cash-flow issue because they didn't know how to handle it either, saying that there would be an answer once the supervisor returned (?!). I was stunned.

Later, I became involved in a relatively large-scale project, but during the process, my colleagues resigned one after another. The reason was that the acting supervisor had problems communicating and interacting with people and was unable to communicate effectively. However, the HR manager, who also served as the deputy chief operating officer, liked this acting supervisor very much because they thought the person was the model of an obedient student—well-behaved and compliant. When I reported the situation to HR, I was told that my dislike of the acting supervisor would affect my identification with the company.

A few days later, I used my own workplace experience to write a correct document, but the acting supervisor said that what I had written was wrong. They had no other workplace experience themselves and had never worked in this field. I stood up for fair treatment, but as a result, I was regarded as disobeying the acting supervisor and as not being a good fit for the company's corporate culture. Ultimately, I was asked to resign.
