Regular working hours
Most colleagues are very nice
1. There are no systems or procedures. The organization changes every month, and in the end no one updates it.
2. When something happens, the highest-ranking local manager pretends not to see it and does not respond.
3. There are no standards for salary adjustments or bonus payments.
4. Those who stay for a long time are usually busybodies who flatter the boss, curry favor, and push work onto others—or simply say, “I don’t know how.”
