When my pet was about to pass away, I did not want to take leave and instead provided support, but instead of concern, I was told that the overtime would have to be moved to the next day. Some stores do not have a restroom, so employees have to walk to a shared restroom, which is especially troublesome in Keelung because it often rains heavily. We also frequently have to deliver cat litter and feed weighing at least 30 kilograms. No company vehicle is provided, so we have to transport them by scooter ourselves; the company only reimburses fuel costs and requires us to ride at least 20 kilometers, with records, before providing the allowance. During the year-end banquet lottery, the head of HR publicly cheated on the livestream by throwing the drawn slip back into the box. There are far too many problems with this company… and everything mentioned above is only the tip of the iceberg. On top of that, the year-end bonus is unacceptably small. During the interview, they promised a raise after the three-month probationary period, but it was not given on time.
