This company’s HR is seriously problematic.

When I was at Company A, I received an invitation from Kuan冠’s HR asking whether I was interested in interviewing.

At the time, I was at Company A. Because my manager was neurotic and had a tendency to push people forward as scapegoats, I had already been thinking about leaving.

When I received the call, I naturally said I was willing to interview and could go talk.

But then nothing came of it. They said they would help finalize the interview time, but I never heard anything further.

Later, I asked a friend to make inquiries and found out my reputation had been badly tarnished, so I did not even get an interview opportunity.

The reason was that HR had called Company A, where I was working at the time.

They even contacted my manager directly. My manager and I had already been completely at odds.

Of course, my manager bad-mouthed me, and afterward kept taunting me:

“So you’re leaving? Did you receive an interview invitation? Are you going to work for that hot-pot-ingredients company?”
