Pros
The office space is decorated quite nicely.
Cons
1. The boss's dog is very noisy and keeps barking, and it also poops everywhere.
2. You have to take turns being responsible for sweeping and mopping the floors and wiping down the boss's desk.
3. You are often forced to work overtime (you cannot apply for overtime pay).
4. Not every colleague is easy to get along with.
5. They use lunch breaks to celebrate birthdays, even though lunch breaks are clearly meant for resting.
