安貝兒康股份有限公司
Pros

- The supervisor spends more time in Japan, the colleagues in Taiwan are easy to get along with, and everyone covers for one another.

Cons

Do not come here under any circumstances.

- The salary you negotiate is the entire package. Do not expect anything else; anything additional is a bonus.

- Whenever the company has to pay for something, it chooses the cheapest option. A laptop costs less than 10,000, the internet connection on business trips is poor, and you have to fight to get travel accident insurance, with coverage of only 500,000.

- Everything is done according to the mood of the Japanese boss. The boss likes to put on airs, claiming that employees eat Michelin-starred food on business trips. In reality, when going to the United States, they buy groceries at a supermarket and come back to cook hot pot because the boss does not want to pay for parking at the exhibition venue. Employees are told to walk half an hour each way to the venue every day. Business trip reports must be submitted on the final day of the trip. The cheapest flights are booked for business trips, and trips to Europe involve two connections. The company’s meal allowance was 480 per day, later 600, and was eventually changed to reimbursement of actual expenses.

- The boss likes to talk about his glorious achievements. At company dinners, employees are expected to treat him like an emperor and stand at the restaurant entrance waiting for his arrival. If he has not said that they can eat, no one is allowed to eat.

- Company benefits have been reduced as the number of employees has increased.

- The turnover rate is extremely high, but the company never reflects on itself.

- Finance is not taken seriously; the company is only willing to hire an hourly accountant. The external books are handled by an outside accountant, while the internal accounts are a complete mess.

There is so much more; it cannot all be covered...
