The managers came down to interview me directly. Both managers who interviewed me were very courteous.

PMs can learn a lot. As long as you are willing to learn and ask questions, everyone is happy to teach. The boss also comes down to teach people. Although it can sometimes feel quite demanding, it is also very fulfilling.

Flexible working hours. You can also go out for a walk during work hours (as long as you finish your work).

The overseas employee trips every year are pretty good, and there are different countries to choose from.

Some things were different from what was originally discussed, but they were still acceptable.
