You get all the benefits you're supposed to. There used to be overtime, but not anymore—pitiful.
There are a lot, especially when you're about to resign and they still pressure you to stay for another month. Then, you can't resign until you've handed everything over without leaving anything out. Also, the supervisor lacks both professionalism and relevant certifications. The only thing they say when you're resigning is, “Do you want to stay for another month?”
A change in position comes with a change in attitude. Things were fine at first, but they kept getting worse. They also increase your workload when you resign.
