Just moved to a new office; the environment is okay.
There are free drinks and coffee.
The bosses are very good at smiling in front of you.
Family business!
The boss and the boss’s wife are in charge of the company, and the two of them never agree. Every day, you get to watch them argue. All departments in the company have to follow their orders, so management positions are merely nominal, with no real authority. You also cannot speak honestly with the boss because the boss is very stubborn and does not understand food! The boss is also very impatient, telling you about meetings and requesting materials only at the last minute. In three days, a single project can be changed into 30 versions. What the boss needs is simply countless assistants—people who will obey—so it is never possible to do things properly.
The turnover rate is extremely high, both voluntary and involuntary. They may suddenly tell you to pack up and leave within an hour.
