Good product
Attracted by the content on 104, I joined with high hopes. For a while, I also had a favorable impression of the brand and wanted to become better together. After subsequently experiencing a great deal of workplace manipulation and cold violence, I left feeling disheartened. By the time I left, my favorable impression of the brand had been completely worn away, and I increasingly found it difficult to understand the ideals the brand had initially proclaimed.
I feel that before calling itself a happy company, it may need to ask whether its employees agree.
I suggest that interested interview candidates observe carefully throughout the process.
