The interviewer seemed fairly professional.
- HR did not respect the candidate’s time, calling late and making them wait for nothing, without seeming to feel embarrassed or apologize.
- After the interview, HR initially said they would respond within a week but completely ignored the candidate. Even when the candidate proactively followed up, there was no response. Then, two or three weeks later, HR said they wanted to make an offer.
- HR was not very good at introducing the company and the role, and gave off an arrogant, take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
- They unilaterally canceled the offer without proactively informing the candidate; the candidate only found out after asking.
Based on the interviewer’s impression, this seems like a very demanding company, and HR’s professionalism and attitude need improvement.
