At the time, an elder in my family passed away, and I sent the obituary to my supervisor in advance. Then I was also involved in a car accident and fractured my foot. On the day I saw the doctor, I sent the receipt to my supervisor and said I needed to take leave. Later, I told my supervisor again that I needed a few days of leave to recuperate. The people in the head office's management department did not ask any questions and directly said that I was absent without leave and told me to leave. Before I had even provided a doctor's certificate, they directly recorded it as unauthorized absence and terminated my employment contract. The way this company and this supervisor treated their own employee and subordinate was absolutely outrageous. On top of that, employees are also required to promote funds, credit cards, securities and stocks, and digital accounts. Our own branch was already very busy, yet we still had to handle a bunch of cross-selling tasks. I absolutely do not recommend this place to job seekers.
