Good company culture with lots of room for development.
Colleagues and supervisors are also very easy to get along with.
During the interview with the supervisor, they were very friendly and explained the job responsibilities and expectations. Then Mr. I from Human Resources joined the interview and kept talking about the company's shortcomings, giving the impression that he wanted to dismiss me quickly. The interview process was very uncomfortable. For example, I said: “I think the colleagues, supervisors, and atmosphere at First Group are great, the systems are very well established, and the company has a lot of potential for development.” (Because of various circumstances, I often have opportunities to interact with First Group.) Mr. I replied: “Actually, Mo Di currently doesn't really have much of a system either. If you come here, you will also feel that it is a company without systems,” and so on.
After the interview, I still kept wondering: if you did not want me to join your company, why invite me to an interview? I was filled with doubts. I also feel disappointed that a company I had always thought highly of has an HR employee like this.
