Pros

At a glance, the staff in the office generally seemed to have a good presence, but they all seemed very busy.

Cons

After the actual interview, I confirmed that you shouldn't use a consumer's perspective to set expectations for what appears to be a glamorous brand industry.

The interview was conducted by a middle-aged female manager, who reviewed my English ability and past email records. She explained that the English skills required for this position had to be polished and professional, and also emphasized that frequent overtime would be necessary, along with attending irregular weekend events and helping move heavy items.

Because the manager repeatedly emphasized the need for overtime, and seemed to care only about whether candidates could commute conveniently enough to avoid missing transportation, I couldn't help asking what caused the regular overtime. The female manager simply replied casually, "Because we can't sell all the merchandise, we need to work overtime to sell it all." (I was thinking, ??!! Doesn't the company hold regular internal meetings to review this?)

Later, another female senior manager joined us. Both of them felt like long-serving veterans, and they couldn't really explain the specific duties during the interview, as if anyone capable of taking on more work would be hired. Only at the end did they tell me that the salary for the position couldn't be very high. Judging from the situation at the time, the position seemed to offer only around 30,000. With so many requirements upfront, were they trying to offer bananas to hire a gorilla?

Finally, the manager said she hoped I could start within two weeks. However, I had already clearly explained that, since I was still employed, I would need a month to help my current company with the handover. She merely said quietly that I should start earlier, which made me feel even more clearly that the company's culture was quite selfish.

Looking back, seeing that the position kept being reposted on job websites, I was truly relieved that my initial intuition had been right.
