The position interviewed for was “Product Satisfaction Management Department Specialist.” The advantages are as follows:
1. A group online interview, with two interviewees and one HR representative; the process takes approximately 20 minutes.
2. The interview questions are simple, such as self-introduction, views on the work and the company, and whether you can accept working overtime.
If you are a recent graduate without much work experience, applying is not recommended. The HR representative may not ask you any questions about your school experience, leaving you to sit there quietly and listen to the conversation between the others.
