The position interviewed for was a claims representative at the Taipei branch, and the interview included the following:
1. Before the interview, you are required to take an aptitude test and complete some test questions, such as mathematics, Chinese, and English translation.
2. The hiring manager asks about your experience and your views on the job responsibilities. Overall, the interview process is fairly straightforward.
1. Before I left, the hiring manager said they would inform me of the interview result in about a week. Then a week passed, and there was no follow-up.
2. I wrote to inquire, but received no response either.
