Pros

None

Cons

1. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but there is no overtime pay from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. (in violation of the Labor Standards Act)

2. A small company with no systems in place that makes grand promises during interviews.

They clearly said that someone from the same department would train you after joining, but—sorry—the person training you is not your direct supervisor; it is someone from another department.

3. They have another identity, but they have not put any effort into managing it, so many organizations assume that it is actually a legitimate association.

4. Supervisors often speak without thinking and even brainwash employees by saying, “Our company has no unfair treatment or verbal abuse. That doesn’t happen here. We’re just ‘showing concern’ for everyone”!

5. There are major communication problems.

They often do not listen to what people say and will harshly berate you when they misunderstand something.

Regardless of whether you have done your work well, they will start shouting at you whenever they are unhappy.

Because yelling is the only way they know how to communicate, if you accidentally speak to them in an equally loud voice,

they will snap, “Are you the one paying my salary, or am I paying yours?”

Then they get stuck in circular, illogical arguments.

6. The turnover rate is extremely high. Many new employees resign within less than a week of joining.

Simply put:

It is always an absurd mess.

You get subjected to verbal abuse.

They hurl insults when they are in the wrong.

The supervisors have very poor emotional intelligence.

They are a chaotic mess, showing off without knowing what they are doing.

There are no systems, and they are unwilling to listen.

They train people without caring about them.

They seem unable to understand the situation at all.
