Seriously, there really aren't any.
The interview at the Kaohsiung distribution center felt like a waste of time. The personal information form was three pages in total, and they even asked you to fill in information that they did not require you to provide.
Why do you need the names of all my previous supervisors? If I write them down, will you even know who they are? You also have to provide the name and phone number of a friend who can vouch for your “character”?
The interview lasted an hour. They went over the three-page basic information form again and again, asked the same questions repeatedly, and asked questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the job’s required abilities or areas of expertise.
They asked what I had been doing during a six-month gap in my employment ten years ago. Why not just ask me where I was and what I was doing at 7:36:42 p.m. last Wednesday?
They even asked it three times.
And there were no criteria whatsoever for evaluating work bonuses. Simply put, the person in charge has absolute power: if they like you, they give you more. There is no system at all.
