I sincerely admire the mental resilience of anyone willing to apply and join this company.
This is the only company whose message I deleted and blocked after receiving it through 104.
The reason is that when general companies send messages, they usually ask whether the job seeker is interested in applying, or say that if you are interested, you can send your résumé or reply to indicate that you are willing to interview.
This company did not ask about my interest at all. It simply sent a system link and required me to use the system to set available interview times within three days. It also required me to prepare a proposal report before the interview???
Seriously, what the heck? I have never applied for any position at their company. They sent me a message demanding that I do this and that, as if applicants were begging them for an interview opportunity. I really cannot understand this approach.
I used to politely reply to indicate my interest, but for this company I simply read the message, deleted it, and blocked the company.
I also wish them the best of luck finding more outstanding (?) talent.
