(1) The recruiter I worked with, Trinity, was very enthusiastic and proactively provided a lot of help—almost offering one-stop service. Everything from compensation and benefits to the on-site staffing model was explained clearly, which made a very positive first impression of the company.

(2) The head office environment was quite nice. The floor was fairly high up, and the office looked both impressive and comfortable.

(3) The process was very smooth and efficient, from the interview through onboarding.

1) For on-site staff reporting to work in Tainan, I’m not sure why it is still necessary to make a trip to Taipei. I hope the subsequent onboarding procedures can be simplified in the future.

(2) There are fewer job opportunities in southern Taiwan. There is not much choice in Kaohsiung, while Tainan has slightly more options.

(3) Someone previously mentioned that on-site compensation and benefits differ. It would be clearer if this were confirmed with the recruiter in advance.
