Strong backing; unless the boss wants to retire, the company won’t go under.
Taking leave is convenient.
Employees are required to submit eight hours of work records every day. The company says this is to calculate project costs, but everyone pads the hours just to complete the forms.
By the end, the project ends up losing a huge amount of money and all the work is for nothing. The reason for the loss isn’t labor costs anyway—the records are just painful to look at.
As for the staff, those without ability keep themselves pointlessly busy, while those with ability can only pretend to be busy.

You can look up posts on PTT. Congratulations to the vice president, who became general manager I-don’t-know-how-many years ago.
People from other companies and the boss’s social circle are all watching this as a joke. Only the boss is too soft-hearted to bring the situation under control.
The whole company seems to be afraid of making one person unhappy. Eighty percent of the people affected by project decisions are the same person, and that person continues to make decisions, continues to receive special privileges, and continues to carry them out.
Are we looking forward to the next 20 years?
Isn’t the boss the real philanthropist?
I truly feel sorry for the boss.
