Leaving work on time

Some colleagues at work seem to have a very harsh attitude.

While I was learning, in a place where everyone sat individually, the people there said they were from quality assurance or quality control, and it was at the workplace.

Every now and then, someone would harshly shout, with a very unpleasant tone—it was frightening. After being there for a few days and getting scared, I wonder whether they will always treat people this way when they make mistakes in the future. Just hearing their tone of voice made me feel very afraid.
